It is the responsibility of

agree to any policy and revision of policy by using this

Their Area Service
Provider of any changes will notify homeowners that post an
ad.
g)
You
the visitor agree that by using HouseMarketValues.net you agree that
you acknowledge any changes and understand that you are responsible
for reading HouseMarketValues.net Usage & Services Terms &
Conditions and also Privacy and Security Policy for
HouseMarketValues.net.
h)
You
the user acknowledge that you agree that if you object to any change
that you choose to no longer log on to HouseMarketValues.net and/or
you will opt out and no longer use our
services.
2.
Homes for Sale
a)
HouseMarketValues.net
contains a classified section of Homes for Sale of ads listed by for
sale by owners and new construction.
b)
Owners are responsible
for the information they submit to the Area Service
Administrator.
c)
All
information is deemed reliable but is not
guaranteed.
3.
List for FREE on Our Network
a.
Users are
allowed to submit a request to post a free classified ad in the
Homes For Sale section of HouseMarketValues.net by filling out the
List For FREE Form.
b.
By
submission of the List For FREE Form you agree to opt-in to the Area
Service Administrator and may be contacted by mail, fax, telephone,
in person, and/or e-mail by the Area Service Administrators and/or
by any member of House Market Values Network.
c.
You
understand that a Local Area Service Administrator will post
your ad on our web site.
I.
Ads with
pictures and text are for free.
II.
When a
virtual tour is given for free under the condition that if the
homeowner decides to no longer sell the property and opts to give an
“exclusive right of sale” to a real estate professional
then:
i.
Homeowner
agrees to grant the “exclusive right of sale” listing agreement to
the Area Service Administrator.
ii.
Compensation
is agreed upon prior to signing agreement to homeowner listing their
home on our
(Void
where prohibitted by law)
d.
You understand that
the homeowner posting the ad is responsible for it's content and
accuracy.
e.
By
submission of List For FREE Form you understand that you are in no
fiduciary relationship of any kind with HouseMarketValues.Net and/or
Area Service Administrator and/or any real estate
brokerage.
I.
If and
when a homeowner decides to enter a fiduciary relationship and/or
and “exclusive right of sale” agreement with a real estate
professional than their ad is to be voided by our
network.
II.
If they
enter such an agreement by an Area Service Administrator than all
legal responsibilities are upon the listing agency and not any
member of this network.
f.
When
homeowners post a free ad they are obliged to contact their Area
Service Administrator of any changes in their status. Weather they
have sold their property or they intend to turn the sale over to a
real estate professional and enter a fiduciary
relationship.
g.
Homeowners
may list with no further obligation other than to stay in contact
with their area service Administrator.
h.
Builders
agree to post an ad on our network providing they agree to the
following terms with the Area Service Administrator.
I.
Agree
to pay the Area Service Administrator a negotiated commission if the
Area Service Administrator if is allowed by law to receive
compensation for “bringing a buyer”.
II.
Agree
to allow the Area Service Administrator to be listed as the person
to contact regarding information and purchasing that property in any
ad that appears on our network.
III.
Understand
that they do not pay the Area Service Administrator until the
property is sold and no up front fees.
4.
FREE Evaluation for Owners and FREE Evaluation for
Buyers.
a)
Evaluation is any submitting of an estimate of any kind
on this web site.
b)
An
evaluation an estimate of value and is not an appraisal.
c)
Is for the purpose of
providing homeowners and buyers of market
values.
d)
Generally
an evaluation will contain current sales, pending sales, closed
sales, and expired listings in the area of a particular
property.
e)
Estimating property
value is an art not a science. HouseMarketValuesNetwork or any Area
Service Administrators make no guarantee to the accuracy of any
estimate of value. Results may vary.
f)
By
submission of any request for a CMA you acknowledge that you are
opting-in to House Market Values Network and the Area Service
Administrator. Request normally will be sent via e-mail. Area
Service Provider at their convenience may be contacted by mail, fax,
telephone, in person, and/or e-mail by the Area Service
Administrators and/or by any member of House Market Values
Network.
g)
Estimating property
value is an art not a science. Results may
vary.
5.
Mortgage Prequalify
To better serve you we have added a Mortgage
Prequalification Form for those visitors that may want to find
out how much money they can borrow and at what interest
rate.
a)
Form only contains very
basic information.
b)
We
want to limit information given online to be secure.
c)
The
Area Service Administrator will contact you or an associated
licensed mortgage broker.
6. Users Agree to Provide Truthful Information
a)
Visitors that submit
forms agree to provide account and truthful information to get their
request handled .
b)
Inadequate information
may be rejected and we reserve the right to ignore such
requests.
7.
Conduct by Users
a)
Users of
HouseMarketValues.net are expected to conduct themselves in a fair
and ethical manor.
b)
No
one is allowed to copy any copyrighted material for commercial
purposes.
c)
Copying any HTML. Code.
Or any part of HouseMarketValues.net is strictly
prohibited.
d)
Non
real estate professionals may print pages or
ads.
e)
Licensed real estate
professionals may not use our web site HouseMarketValues.net to use
to prospect for clients unless they are associated with our
network.
8. Right to Deny Services
HouseMarketValuesNetwork
and our Area Service Administrators reserve the right to refuse
services to anyone at any time for reasons such as but not limited
to:
a)
Submitted information
by you the user is incomplete, false, misleading, or harmful will be
denied services.
b)
Personal
Security if an Area Service
Administrator feels they may be harmed in any way by contacting an
individual that may be suspicious or put them in any kind of awkward
or dangerous situation.
c)
Any
information considered to be unlawful will be
denied.
d)
Anyone with a spouse,
immediate family member, and/or any member of their household that
is a practicing real estate agent or broker may be denied
services. The intent is to provide information for individuals that
have no access to information about sales that is revised
daily without contacting a professional or waiting up to
several months for updates in public records.
9. Area Service Administrators and
Monitoring
a)
The
individuals responsible for providing our free services in each zip
code are called Area Service
Administrators.
b)
Area Service
Administrators are third parties that subscribe to be a part of our
network and must have a real estate license in order to provide free
market analysis and have access to information that is updated daily
before most public records.
c)
Users of services are
under no obligation to enter a fiduciary relationship and/or agree
to a commission for the sale of their
property.
d)
Area Service
Administrators do this to establish goodwill with the
public.
e)
The
management and staff of House Market Values Area Service
Administrators reserve have the authority to remove any Area Service
Administrators Providers for any violation of the Terms and
Conditions of their membership agreement.
f)
Area Service
Administrators are held to high standards and are expected to Act in
a professional ethical manor at all times. Be in touch with the way
the real estate industry is changing and how technology is changing
the way homes are being sold.
Respect Homeowners rights to sell their own
property.
10. External Links
a) Only homeowners or
builders that post ads have permission to link our web
site.
b) Anyone may link with permission from Info@HouseMarketValues.net.
c)
Area Service Administrators or any real estate professional may not
link our site.
d)
Real estate agents are prohibited from linking our site to any
commercial entity.
11.
E-mail Solicitation
a)
HouseMarketValues.net
or the third party Area Service Administrators will only notify
visitors that opt-in for information.
b)
Your personal
information will not be sold and\or given to any other party for
commercial purposes.
12. No Resale of Information
a)
No
one may resell any personal information submitted by
visitors.
b)
Personal information
submitted by visitors becomes property of House Market Values
Network and is submitted to an Area Service Administrator for the
purpose of providing such services.
13.Termination of Service and Listing
a)
Homeowners with ads
listed on HouseMarketValues.net may terminate by contacting the Area
Service Administrator. E-mail request remove@HouseMarketValues.net.
Be sure to use the same e-mail address you used to sign up with. You
may also fill out the contact Area Service Administrator
form.
b)
Anyone that subscribed
to our free newsletter and/or receive information from
HouseMarketValues.net and chooses to opt-out please e-mail your
request to
Remove@HouseMarketValues.net.
c)
Any
user found to abuse the terms and conditions should be removed from
using the features of this web site.
d)
We
reserve the right to terminate service at any time for any reason as
do any Area Service Administrator.

Disclaimer

No

creates no warranty of any kind.
b) Any Evaluation given to you and

15. Limitation of Liability

acknowledge that by using HouseMarketValues.net you understand that
you are the ultimate decision maker involving the sale and purchase
of real property even if you were advised of, known, or should have
known the possibility of damages arising out of in any way related
to any information posted on this website or any estimate of value
given to you by an Area Service
Administrator.
b)
You
acknowledge that you understand that HouseMarketValues.net is use at
your own risk by using the web site.

no event or situation will anyone associated with House Market
Values Network including Owners, Members, Shareholders, Agents,
Subsidiaries, Parents,
Directors,
and/or Licensee be liable for any Incidental, consequential,

Network shall not be held responsible for the conduct, liability,
services, or accuracy of services or lack of services by third party
Area Service Administrators.

Damages including but
not limited to damages tangible and/or intangible, loss of goodwill,
profits, equity, revenues, profits, use, data, or any loss of any
kind.
16. Trademark and Copyright
a)
Any
material, logo, names, services, and goodwill displayed on the web
site HouseMarketValues.net are copyright and trademarks of House
Market Values Network a corporation in the State of Florida,
USA.
b)
You
the user are not authorized to use any such marks in any way or copy
any of the programming codes used to generate this
website.
17. As is Condition

agree to accept HouseMarketValues.net in “as is
condition”
b)
