a)      Personal information is data provided by users that submit information to request information or post a classified ad to sell their home on HouseMarketValues.net. Includes: fist name, second name, current home address, city, zip code, telephone number, and e-mail address.

b)      We do not release personal information to others without your permission.

                                                        I.      Personal information  is only sent to a third party Area Service Administrator that has the authority to process your request.

                                                      II.      By submitting forms to requests free services offered by third party is authorization by you the user for distributing information to third party associates of our network.

c)      We do not sell or distribute any personal information submitted by users.

2. Protection Rights Of HouseMarketValues.net and Others

            We reserve the right to release Personal Information in the following situations:

a)      When we believe that doing so may prevent physical harm, serious injury, or death.

b)      To comply with court order subpoena.

c)      To collect funds due to our organization.

d)      To protect the rights of our users.

e)      To protect the public and HouseMarketValues.net from fraud.

f)       When information submitted violates any laws of real estate in anywhere in the United States or where under authority of United States law.

3. Listing Information

a)      Content is pre-approved by owners of the property being advertised on HouseMarketValues.net "Homes for Sale" classified section.

b)      Listing Information will not be sold to anyone.

c)      Homeowners have the right to change, modify, or have ad removed at any time.

d)      Homeowners may choose to list how, when, and where they would like to be contacted by adding that information in the description section of the ad.

4. Payment Information

Any payment made to House Market Values Network are made to a third party that handles receipt of funds in a secure environment.

5. Aggregate Information

a)      Aggregate Information is numerical data collected about our visitors and the use of our services by our website. We may use this data provided it does not identify you personally.

b)      House Market Values Network may choose to sell, loan, rent, or share this aggregate information to third parties as long as it does not personally identify you.

c)      Cookies: Information from our visitor’s browser may be given from our server to better customize our system based on what our visitors are looking at. Small files called "cookies" may be installed on your computer for the purpose of keeping data. We do not intend to read specific information about your computer but only to observe where web traffic is coming from.

d)      IP Address: our host providers collect IP address information. It is used to identify senders and receivers of information online.

                                                        I.      HouseMarketValues.net uses this information for administration of our network.

                                                      II.      May be used to provide advertisers with aggregate information.

6.  E-mail Address

            This web site collects e-mail addresses only when the visitor opts-in to give it.

a)      Is given when submitting request forms or by contacting us.

                                                                    I.      When you the visitor submit a request form you are authorizing us to collect your e-mail address.

                                                                  II.      If you decide you no longer want to communicate with House Market Values Network you are free to fill out the remove form to be removed from our database.

b)      Will only be given to third party Area Service Administrator for the purpose of meeting your needs and services requested by you the visitor.

7.   Request By Your Consent

a)      Personal information about you will only be disclosed for, based on your request.

b)      MarketAnalysis: By your request for a market analysis including FREECMAForBuyers, And FREECMAForOwners personal information will be disclosed to the Area Service Administrator for the purpose of preparing a free market analysis.

c)      MortgagePrequalification: Some personal contact information will be asked from you. We do not ask specific financial data. Only enough information to be given to the Area Service Administrator who will contact you or have an associated qualified mortgage broker contact you for more specific information.

d)      ListForFree: Information you submit will be given to the Area Service Provider for the purpose of reviewing your request to list your free classified ad on HouseMarketValues.net.
