many states will have to disclose to a
buyer.*

have been done or others have done for you and that you believe the
problem has been fixed.

3. Problems with plumbing such as leaks,
backups, or basement

4. Cracks in walls, fireplace, chimney, and

5. Any condition that cause mold and

6. Any estimate of work that needs to be
done but you failed to have done.
7. If failed inspection within last 2
years.
8. Lead paint disclosure pre

9. Radon Gas
